Straight facts, no fluff
Had a fabulous 2-night stay in a deluxe double room with a balcony and sea view. The outstanding cleanliness and comfort made it delightful. The location offers picturesque views of Felixstowe docks, perfect for watching container ships. I enjoyed exploring the nearby nature reserve via the foot ferry. Breakfast choices could use more variety, though.

The views from the Deluxe Double Room were absolutely stunning. Watching the sunset shimmer off the water made our stay magical. The room itself felt spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. Staff helped us check out later, giving us a much-needed lie in after traveling with our kids. we encountered issues with parking. many spaces were occupied by boats, which made it a bit tricky to find a suitable spot. the lack of disabled parking was concerning, as we didn't see any close to the hotel. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay.

Outstanding views from the gorgeous balcony.
Upon arrival, the parking situation was incredibly frustrating. Most spaces were taken up by boats, leaving no convenient option. it was shocking to find no apparent disabled parking spots, which is unacceptable. Inside, the shower had a slippery floor and was inaccessible for those with mobility issues, especially with the absence of grab handles. For anyone needing a lift, forget it — the stairs were a steep challenge that made our stay much more difficult than anticipated.

Stunning views from the balcony, picturesque surroundings of Felixstowe docks, access to nearby nature reserve via foot ferry
The lack of nearby disabled parking is unacceptable!!! Slippery shower floors without grab handles pose mobility issues !!! The misleading distance from the ferry port needs to be addressed!!!
